Cruise pod light and cruise dash light won't work, but cruise works fine

On my '96 Ranger, the light for the cruise On/Off pod works (or did, till I was messing with it today, whoops), however the light for the other pod (set, resume, and coast) does not, and the dash light that signifies cruise is set and running, does not as well. Visual inspection of both bulbs shows they are not burnt out. Obviously, all wires are hooked up, and the fuses that have anything to do with the cruise control are all fine, because it does work, it's just that those two lights don't. I also do have the recall harness. Any suggestions?

Update: I checked all of the connections with a voltmeter, and there is charge going all the way through the circuit board to the mounting hole. Neither bulbs work now, and I've tried just about everything I can think of.
