custom blitz body kit on sport trac

hey guys,
I want a aftermarket bumper for my sport trac I could find one so I decided to make a custom one.
I had old blitz civic bumper I decided to use. I was taking pictures of my progression but I lost my camera.

step 1 I cut apart original
step 2 cute a little part of my steel bumper to get the new one to fit
step 3 wood srewed in place
step 4 fiber glass over it and now bondoing
I primer over it so it does not too bad when iam driving around town

what you guys think

I'm not too big on body kits on pickups but that looks pretty clean. My only critique is that I think it would look better with some sort of side skirts to bring the bottom edge of the side of the truck out a bit to match the bottom line of the front. It could just be the angle of the picture though, I'm not privy on the current trends of these sort of trucks.

step 4 fiber glass over it and now bondoing

Umm, isn't the factory bumper cover on the Sport-Trac made of rubber? That will bust apart the first time it gets bumped with anything (or touches it for that matter).
