dash lights HELP!

behind the mph / kph gauge, one of the lights blew. i cant see from 80 mph - 120 mpg. what are these lights called? where do i find? how hard is it to remove and replace item? can this dash be changed to a digital dash if i wanted it to? or maybe even customize it a certain way?

yep the lights can be replaced. The gauge cluster has to be removed. The lights # (I think) is 194.
