Sorry if I double post.

Can anyone send me a website that details replacing the dashboard lights on a 93 Navajo stick shift? Also wondering if theres a way I change the dashboard light color so its not green, hate the green tinge on my dash, would like it be red or something. :)

Short answer, you need to pull the instrument cluster out.

I couldn't find the thread I was looking for but this one should help..

Also, while you have the cluster out, you might as well make the oil pressure gauge read like a real gauge instead of an analog idiot light (http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=14894).

As for changing colors, there are a few threads about that on here But you basically change the color bulbs AND have to scrape off the green from the gauge overlays which can be interesting since the overlays aren't really made to be pulled off the gauges.

Thanks for the info, does look fairly simple after all, and looks like I was making a mountain out of a mole hill. I noticed in the oil pressure one that someone swapped their dashboard lights to red. Assuming he didnt take the overlay's off, wouldnt that produce a blue colored dash? Assuming this, if I put yellow lights in, that would change the dash to red?
