Well, my clutch is slipping-- as far as I can tell it's because of oil contamination from a bad rear main seal.

I'm planning to replace the clutch (and seal) myself, but wanted your input about what is a decent clutch to buy.

I found an eBay deal for $210 +$25SH for:

1. LuK Pressure Plate
2. LuK Clutch Disc
3. OEM Release Bearing
4. OEM Internal Slave Cylinder
5. OEM Pilot Bearing
6. Alignment Tool

I'd like to replace all these parts-- is this a decent deal? Are these parts good? I don't want to spend a ton on the best, but I don't want junk either.

Would I do better if I buy stuff from CarQuest or Napa?

LUK is the brand Ford put in there on yours. It's much better than going with a parts store brand. I went with the LUK Gold.

Dial a Clutch sells LUK clutches. Here's there web address Dial A Clutch

If you end up ordering from them online a little bit will come back to help the site.
