Defrost not working

Hello everyone im Kale and new to the scene. I have a 2015 Explorer and I have some questions concerning a couple of issues involving my defrost. If I could get some answers I'd be overly appreciative.

Welcome, do a search for "blend door" and you should find the thread explaining vent direction issues (hot/cold issues and directional issues). Your directional blend door is most likely dead and needs replacing.

When searching, uncheck the "all forums" and click on the 5th gen only.
