defrost not working

I just noticed that the air will only blow out of my vents and will not switch to the floor or defrost. I have searched out the vacuum lines and can not find one disconnected. Also there seems to be vacuum on the lines under the dash. What else can I look for?

Check car defroster for blown fuse.

I checked all the fuses and all are good
