I have a 97 XLT with 5.0. I recently replaced the blend door with no problem. Now for some reason, when on full defrost or defrost and floor, it only blows cold air, even with temp set all the way hot. When selecter is set from any type of defrost to just heat, either floor or combo, it gets blazing hot. So blend door id still working. Could it be the small vacuum actuator for the defrost and AC door? Any Ideas? Please help, do not want to pay mechanic.
