What should i do before i put the Carpet back in ??
Run extra wires ?? or wut??

I just spent prolly 60$ on cleaning stuff and a buffer.
I plan on detailing the truck i9n and out...... but i never expect a great shine like Hartman got.

But what is the process yall recomend

I have all blackmagic Product... car wash... wax... detailing spray.. everything else they offer..

Also i removed the side molding...... i liek it better with out it.... But the last peice i went to take off took some paint with it....

So i was woundering wut i should do?? My dad said he would do soem touch up paint on it if i wanted.... or i was thinking of jsut hercing..... But my mom said she dotn think it would look that great:confused:

yea, run your wires now and gotta use touch up paint on those scratches...they are massive.

Im starting to condsider the HERC becuz if u look u can also see all the lil scratches cuased by offroading......

how hard is it to apply HERC??(yes i know not near the hootus:p )

PEACE

Down that low on the door nobody would notice the touch up paint. However, the Herculiner looks okay on a rig meant for offroading, and it would preculde any more scratches.

With that combination of products you're probably not going to be able to remove any of the scratches. In order to do that you're going to need a swirl mark remover or a stronger cleaner like Dual Action Cleaner Polish and an orbital buffer followed by a polish and then a protectant. You'll be able to make it look pretty good with what you've got though.

Post pictures!

while you got all the carpet and stuff out.. maybe install some dynamat or one of those sound killing mats in there.

Stephen: i dont really car bout getting the scratches out...... i just want to detail it nicely.... since it has never had a good wash(and never a wax) since ive owned it...........

And i think im jsut buying new carpet..............

and jason i would buy the soundkiller...... but since carpet is gunan be around 200$ i cant afford that right now=(

PEACE

The only bad thing about Herculiner is that it fades real bad and turns grey...as long as you dont mind re-applying it every once in a while then you are good.
