Difference between, TT, shackles, AAL, sorry soo lost

Hey guys sorry for this newbie question but i just read about 30 posts and i am down right confused. what i got from them was that it seems as though shackles are easy to install and they geive you about a 1.5" lift. What about AAF, TT, and coil spacers? I want to lift my 92 X a couple inches. whats the cheapest/easiest/best way to do it? thanks alot.

you can do either add-a-leaf (AAL)

-OR-

shackles in the rear


you cant do a torsion twist
