In two weeks I will hit the " final " phase of my sound system instal.
I have one amp under the passenger seat, and I will be putting a second amp for the sub in the quarter area.
Obviously I will need a power distro.
Where should I put it.
There is not a tremendous amout of room left under the seat.
The current ( no pun intended ) power cable is entering through the fire wall under the glove box.

Have you considered behind the glove box? Not sure how much room's in there, but I know it hides a couple of splitters in my 98. :)

Yeah, that was my initial thought.
I was just tossing it out to get a variety of input.
I am sure there are many things I have never thought of.

distro blocks are not very big. Im sure you could find a spot under the rear seat to mount it even if you don't have much space left there.

maybe tack it onto the firewall in the engine bay?

I dont' know if the 2nd gens have it but in my 93 the area where the rear washer resivoir is pretty big...plenty big for a block, and it would give you easy access. My thought

CP :D

I was looking around for a spot also and what I ended up doing was installing it under the cupholder in the center armrest thing. Of course mine is a '91 so I'm not sure what it looks like on yours but I had plenty of space in there for a distribution block, relay to turn some things on, and enough left to install another 12v power jack on the front of the console.
