I have a '93 2wd and trust me you have them, they're the pivot points for the TTB axle. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have the TTB axle you have pivot bushings.
I probably should change mine but they look like a PITA.
They are a PITA. Its really best to remove the entire beam from the truck and press the new ones in. I cant imagine they would be easy to replace with teh beams in the truck.....
Tzhe stock bushings last a long long time.
Yes any twin beamed Ford truck has axle pivot bushings...
