the only one i can remember right now with 20s is exploder20.
ans i think sideswipe has 18s. there are more members with 20' but i cant remember who. try doing a search.
Your best bet would be to find a reputable performance/custom wheel shop in your area (perhaps get a recommendation from other ppl with custom rides) and have them measure your ofset, whellwell depth, clearance, etc. and then tehy can tell you what exactly will fit. Alot of professional places guarentee the correct fit or your $$$ back or they get you ones that do fit until its right.
I'm sure you can shove alot of the 20" and 18" rims under there.
18's would sure be better (not to mention cheaper) for the smaller Explorer, the 20's would be better suited for a fullsize truck or somehting like the Expedition, but you can have a 35/30 series sidewall tire on there and it'll look sweet...if you can afford it.
