Does anyone know a source for those cogs that go in the power window motor gear drive?

All I need is the small plastic cogs or pins not sure of their name. But if you take a power window motor apart there is a metal gear that sits inside a plastic gear. Those cogs are inside the triiangular hole that is between the two gears. Gears are ok.

Only suggestion I have is a junk yard... I don't know of any companies that make just the gears/components. Curious, does the one you're working with have stripped teeth or some thing?

You talking about the bushings? You can get them off eBay pretty cheap.

Do you just need the plastic pucks? Dorman makes a 3 pack kit of those, part # 74410 is available at many auto parts stores, amazon, etc.

They're designed to shear off when there's too much resistance in the window, whether needing lube or some other bind, or possibly after all these years they get brittle.
