Does anyone know a source for those cogs that go in the power window motor gear drive?

All I need is the small plastic cogs or pins not sure of their name. But if you take a power window motor apart there is a metal gear that sits inside a plastic gear. Those cogs are inside the triiangular hole that is between the two gears. Gears are ok.

Only suggestion I have is a junk yard... I don't know of any companies that make just the gears/components. Curious, does the one you're working with have stripped teeth or some thing?
 












You talking about the bushings? You can get them off eBay pretty cheap.
