Does Pass. side air bag cover come off?

Thanks! What I would really like to do is get a entire black dash out of a new Fx4 Ranger but I don't think thats ever going to happen.

If your airbag goes off...unless your like the superhero Flash....you have miliseconds to escape or be thrown aganist your seat...jolting your neck...possible paralization....not to mention the giant black and blue mark youll recieve...haha just joking just wait 30 min....trust me i was scared ****less removing my driver side bag but i just did it....
