i was looking at the pro-comp lights for my ex, and i saw that the 6" 100 watt ones have "Incorporates special shock-absorbing rubber gasket around the lens, plus double rubber anti-vibration mounts", while the 5" 50 watt version doesn't have this. does it make a difference? will i be sorry if i got with the 5" (which is what i wanted to get)? thanks, todd.

Helps keep water out mostly.

might keep the lens from rattling should it get a bit loose (maybe keep the light from breaking should you run it into somthing maybe)

::shrugs::

sounds like i should stick with the 5" 50 watt. it will be less drain on my battery too.
