No more Xploder for me :( I traded it for the New Thing :D a Jeep WJ (Grand Cherokee)

How my Explorer used to be

Base:
- 1997 Ford Explorer XLT 4 door
- 4.0 l V6 SOHC
- White
- 1:3.55 gears

Add-ons:
- BF Goodrich Mud Terrain 31x10.5-15 on stock rims
- Detroit EZ-Locker in the rear
- Westin Safari bar, mainly to protect the lower edge of the radiator
- Cheap Wal-Mart driving lights
- Garmin II plus GPS
- CB Cobra HH35
- HiLift Jack

Take-offs:
- No running board
- No front airdam
- Chopped exhaust end-piece (just 2" shorter, but it helps)

The New Thing
- 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (26E)
- 4.0 l I-6, NV 242, 1:3.73 axles
- 245/75-16 BF Goodrich All Terrain (work) and Mud Terrain (play)
- 3.5" Lift consisting of OldManEmu HD springs and Anthony's custom spacers
- JKS quick disconnects
- Mopar rockrails
- Pumpkin saver from Kevin www.kevinsjeepsparts.com
- Maggiolina Adventure Roof Top Tent
- some other stuff
 












So it doesn't get crushed, bent or mutilated while wheelin'.
