Door Latch on 03' Explorer

Hello Fordies,
I accidentally moved (clicked) the door latch on front drivers side to the closed position and now the door wont close and I cant get the latch to open up. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome. What you have to do is put a screw driver against the latch part that moves & hold some tension on it & then pull the inside door handle like you were opening the door & it should pop open. Let me know if it works.
