I bought this 99 explorer few weeks ago. power locks don't work at the switch and the power mirror won't move the right. not sure if these are a related problem or separate issue. the over head electronic display doesn't work or light up. have not check any fuses yet, printed of a fuse diagram off, did not come with owners manual, power windows work fine and all other switches on dash. thanks.
