Door Lock Actuators

My 96 XLT Door Lock Actuator took a crap yesterday. Anybody know where I can get one othe than from ford.

i was just pricing them up yesterday since i have the same problem as you. ford stealeship was $90. Ford parts network $65. not a tough decision.

Oh my god... robbery at its finest. Head to your local automotive install shop and buy one of their generic ones to the tune of about 10 bucks. If your the DIY type, it won't take u long to make a bracket and since its a two wire... it'll wire up the same. If your not the DIY type.. prolly better to just head to FPN or the local stealer.

Thanks for the info. I havent look into it to much yet. But $10 sounds a lot better than $65 or more.
