I just took the door panels off of my ram with non power windows, and I had to get an old t-shirt and shimmy it up under the crank to pop off a clip. I don't know if it's the same or not though, maybe someone else will know.

yes its pretty universal... crutchfield has tips on it..... what you do is slide a shop rag up... there is a C like clip holding hte crank on... the c clip will dislodge and the handle will come off

It is easy with a window crank tool.
I can post a pic if you want one.
You just slide it behind the window crank, with your hand covering the crank to stop from loosing the Jesus clip. Check your tool isle at your Automotive store
Why is it called a Jesus clip ?
Because if you drop it you say
" Oh Jesus, where did it go ? "
