so would speakers with a frequency of 30 - 28000k have more bass than the factory speakers? is it worth upgrading the speakers if I am not buying subs or a new reciever?

Aftermarket speakers can make a night and day difference in sound as compared to a stock speaker, even on a stock HU.
Hopefully someone else will chime in with the frequency information, btw, google is your friend
Just something to keep in mind. Even though a speaker is listed to go to a certain range, it doesn't necessarily mean that it sounds good at that frequency.
