I just put war 153 shackles and an aal on 2002 explorer sport 4X4. The back end raised up roughly 3 inches and the front barely a quarter of an inch. Are my drivelines and everything else ok? I dont know a whole lot about what else might be affected by this lift but I'm pretty sure my alignment is ok.

the rear will sag a little with the add a leaf.
Your stock driveshafts should be fine with this much lift.

Are you going to twist the torsions to match the rear lift?

I think I will raise the front about an inch. My father had is ZR2 S-10 lifted in the front and the dealership said it would lower his back end somewhat. Is this true as well?

Front adjustment won't really affect the rear height. Whenever you adjust the torsions, get at the front of the truck and really bounce it up and down. Measure, and make adjustments as needed. When everything is level, take it for a little drive, come back and measure. Make any other adjustments as needed. Then you're ready for an alignment.

just make sure you get an alignment after all of this.
