driver door wont open?!?!

ok well i tried search and i got some valuable info but i still need some help. tonight when i went to go open the door on my x for some reason the lock was sticking and i kind of got frustrated t the fact the key wouldnt turn so i made it turn and when i did this i heard a pop and the door lock opened. the only problem is now i cant use the key to open my door it feels like there is no pressure when i go to turn it. And now the power lock is sticking i have to hit the keyless entry a few times to get it open or go through the back door. also for some reason it doesnt work when i do the door handle i have to pull hard to open it. DOes anyone happen to have a idea of what it could be or how to fix it? and also how do i go about removing the panel i didnt see any screws but the panel has two pieces, the bottom and the part on the widow sill. please help this is annoying!!!!

It's most likely the latch, but it could be a few other things as well. I decided to just take it to the deal, it costs about $250 to get the latch replaced. If the handle is bad too, it's going to cost more. You could try to fix it yourself, but as another member here said, it's like a chinese jigsaw puzzle.
