Driver side seatbealt buckle ?????

1997 Ford Explorer 4 Door 2wd XLT

How in the hell do you remove this to replace it????

Entirely remove the seat. (Search for thew DIY on here) Then there is a torx T something screw/bolt that needs to be removed. It is really difficult to remove reason being it is glued in. It took me three days to remove that bolt of a rusty explorer...it was a bloody hard job.
