drivers side door hinge pin

mine is bad and i got a new one with the bushing for the upper hinge. should i replace both hing pins and how do i do that. i tried the search function and no bweno.

drill the end and tap them out with a punch,

another option is to replace the pins with bolts


makes the doors removable
