Drivers Side High beam very low power????HELP!!!!

Hey my left side high beam is very dim hardly on. I replaced the bulbs with new ones and still have the same problem. When I pull the lever for the high brights just the right one works and the left is very dim. I have changed the multiswitch also ,no luck.
I don't have a message center so I dont think I have an LOM & all my fuses are ok.
What else could it be?

two things to check
I have seen both.
Pull the plug and make sure all three wires are all the way forward. Meaning look in the front . The little metal clip should be all the way to the front of the connector. Look for corrosion wile you are in there.

Two, using a DVOM check the ground.

When you say check for ground with a meter what am I actually looking for? To see if there is voltage their. Sorry for the dumb question...

Pluging a DVOM into the high beam wire and the ground should yield 12v or there abouts. Using a test light will only provide 1/2 the story.
As far as I am concerned test lights are only good for fuses.
