are these any good? they only cost $62 a piece and the tread looks good and they have a 40,000 mile warranty...do any of you guys have any?

I think they're a great tire! I have a set on my truck now, and am about to replace them with another set of Dunlops.

I have put several hundred thousand miles on Dunlop tires (and 3 vehicles) and have never had a manufacturer problem.

The tread of the p-metric tires is almost identical to the tread of the Radial Rovers, and works good in all conditions except mud. They fill up fast.

They ride smooth, hold the road well even when wet, and don't puncture sidewalls too easily.

Just my opinion, YMMV.

i also agree that the dunlops are great tires. i have the 30/9.5/15s RV Radial Rovers on my explorer and havent had any problems with them.

CAsplorin, do you have 30x9.5's on the stock rims? do you have any kind of lift? if you dont have a lift and have them on stock rims, could i see some pictures if possible?
thanks

CAsplorin, a pic of the 30x9.5's without the lift would be great, but if you can't find any the one's now would be fine...i really just want to see if 30's look too big on an explorer without a lift. thanks for the help...email is Turner55@Hotmail.com

P.S. what's the difference between the radial rover rv and the p-metric other than the p-metric is $10 less than the rv? just curious

I do have the tires on stock rims but a few weeks ago I got a 5.5superlift so now I need new tires, they look really small. I could try to find a pic. when it was stock or maybe just one now if you want. They looked great!!!!
