2013 Explorer XLT
Just hours ago I bought my wife a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT. We opted for the DVD players built in the headrests. I know the sound can play either on the headphones or the stereo. Here is my issue. I cannot put headphones on my 1 year old. And my wife doesn't want to have to listen to everything that's playing on the DVD player, as opposed to her music. Also, when he answers the phone through the Bluetooth it turns his sound off again.

I can't figure out why Ford would do this. It seems so dumb, that there HAS to be a different option.

She wants to return the truck immediately. She's a bit upset.

Please please help.

Did a quick search for 'baby car seat speakers' and there are a few options out there.
Could be one solution...

Welcome to the forums! :)

As for the rest, I'm at a loss. What Coronel says sounds like a possibility.
