dye/paint my center console??

my truck is a Limited so everything inside is grey....except the top of the center console which is black. Should I dye/paint it grey to match the rest of the interior?

I know my center console is black, but so is most of the dash and the steering column. I say if you have anything else black in there to keep it black.

well i just painted the plastic piece thats around the gauge cluster (where the headlight switch and side vent is)...and on all explorers they are colored and black.... well mine is all grey now and it looks great. My black radio bezel is also covered by a wood dask kit.... so yes- the console top is the only grey in my truck now
