I read a review in fourwheeler, they liked it. Also all the claims where verified by georgia tech and uni of michigan.

well i am thinking i will buy them. also should i buy new spark plug wires also? and what ones to match up with them. as soon as i buy them i will probably write a review! :) if i can come up with conclusive data.

if you haven't replaced them before then you should. If it's been more than 60K miles on wires...you may wantto replace them

I've got them on my Mountaineer. I noticed a smoother idle and a better seat of the pants feel than with the Autolite double platinums that I had on there before that only had 10k miles on them. The plugs have only got about 5k miles on them, so I can't say much for the durability of them, but I have no complaints as of yet.

im sure i will get the e3's, now what wires would best compliment the plugs?

I got the Taylor Thundervolt wires with my E3s. Seems to be a good combo. However, these wires cost me over $100 after shipping from Summit. There isn't anything special about them other than the kevlar heat socks on the wires. Next time I'm just going to get Bosch wires and save myself $40.
