Easy way to take off seat belt buckle?

What's going on everyone. I've got a broken seat belt connector (the female end) on my driver's seat. I can't get a torx bit into the nut because of the center console (hampering room to put it in). Is there an easier way to get to it than to just take the whole seat off of the tracks. Thanks.

Unless 97 is different than 2000, just slide the seat forward.

Otherwise the seat removes pretty easily.
Four 10mm bolts ( I believe )

Both are the same. If you can't get the buckle off by sliding the seat forward than just take it off. Do what Monmix said
