I've got a '98 Eddie. Last summer, the AC was blowing hot, and I narrowed it down to the blend door actuator not working. I cut open the front of the plenum and moved the blend door manually to get AC. I moved it back this past winter to get heat. This week, I got an EATC unit from the junk yard, and a new actuator from the parts store. Put everything together, cycled between heat and AC, and still no response from the actuator. The new EATC unit ran the self diagnosis one time, and I can't get it to do it again. I have 5 volts at pin 6 and ground at pin 5 (both with the key on). Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm really scratching my head on this one
