Ecoboost 3.5 turbocharger failure

Greetings to everyone

I currently own a 2018 for Explorer 3.5 ecoboost work 80,x.. on the clock and I'm quite disappointed and dismayed with its turbo since prior to my current problem i already had my turbo (near the firewall) to be replaced due to failure; and we are quite dumbfounded that time how'd it happened but we have no other choice but to pay the hefty cost of a new turbo and now, my rightside turbocharger failed and it was at this point that I vowed not to buy another ford again and I contemplated to what could be the cause of its early failure despite us religiously following the pms schedule.

Any ideas, thoughts or even tips in regards of my problem, my budget is a bit tight right now to have this kind of failure in my car hence, i cannot use it right now but hopefully after fixing this there won't be another problem that will arise.

My 2019 Explorer (EcoBoast) with 56K miles was just diagnosed with Turbochargers (right & left) failing. (close to a $4K repair) I am working with Ford to provide financial assistance since this has been a issue with this engine in later years (21/22) and Ford did a recall. Ford also recommended i report the issue to NHTSA.gov because they will also investigate the issue especially if a lot of complaints are made.
