i go to school in boston at wentworth. right behind my school is mission hill (the projects). last night i found my passenger back window smashed out and my 2 10" subwoofers stoolen. they tour threw every thing in my car and left my 130$ radar detector and CB. The cops in boston were no help and acted like it was a joke.

Yea sorry to hear about that. Where your subs visible in the back? If so try to hide them better, tinted windows help covering them also helps.

Thieves are such cowards. Sorry you had to have this happen man, I feel your pain. I've never had my rig broken into, but I have been keyed - and when something like that happens and you can't do a damn thing about it it drives you mad. It's like having your hands tied behind your back and someone taking the opportunity to slap you in the face because they know they'd get their ass kicked if you were free.

Buy the window tint that is like 8mm thick, that way you'll only be out a window and the tint, they won't be able to easily break into your car, like 10 years ago they broke into my new yorker, first they tried to open the locks with something and couldn't so they broke a window, stole my HU and just left all of the cables bundled, so they shorted my 2 amps, the HU didn't even work, so I ended up spending like 300dlls to replace everything (glass, hu, locks) and with a 2 amp loss....
I hate those guys

sorry bout that man

Welcome to this forum! I was once putting tools into my 88 van while working in a neighborhood with a lot of junkyards, and scrap metal dealers all over the place. Somebody was probably watching me load up. I came back a few minutes later with more tools, and I was already broken into. They broke the rear window, and ripped out the locks on 2 doors. A nice car was parked behind me, and they didn't even touch it. They only took power tools, and not regular tools or parts. I'm surprised that they had the time to assort out what they wanted.
