egr ??? (picture)

My CEL came on and i got it scanned. EGR insufficient flow. I've heard that it can be either the egr valve or the valve position sensor. The problem is I have no idea where those are. I have searched and found descriptions of where it is, but to a guy that doesnt know diddly squat about cars, its still tough. I think I may have found them though.

Is this the egr valve, and right behind that (cant see it in the pic) is the valve position sensor?

If I can't replace them myself, how much am I looking to pay to have a shop do it???

Also if this is NOT the egr valve someone tell me in easy to understand terms where it is. Thanks!!!

I said in my post that I had done searches, but only found desciptions, not pictures, so I'm just trying to confirm that I found it.

looks like a 5.0L to me.
Yes that piece pictured with the tan colors is the EGR valve itself, the black plastic thing is the vacuum switch and you cannot see the sensor.

sorry i didnt specify. It is a 5.0. 410 gave me all the info I needed though. I appreciate the help!
