Have a 98 Ford Eddie Bauer 4x4 Explorer. A while back I had to change out the battery. Everything worked fine. As its not being driven anymore, I start it up every once in a while and run all the systems, A/C, Windows, seats, radio ect.
Let it sit to long and the battery run down, charged it up, started it, runs fine, but no A/C, Dome Lights, Power Windows, Windshield Wipers, ect. Headlights, turn signals and power mirrors work. Checked fuses, they are good. Gonna try and check relays out to see if one of them burned out. Anyone had a similar
problem or have any ideas. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. I sure haven't heard of this happening before, but I haven't read every post here either;) Sure hope they can find the problem easily.

Not sure this is the way to do it, just wanted to continue with more info on last post of electrical problems. Rechecked fuses, found 4 that were blown, replaced them, darn if they did not blow again, the same four. They are:
7.5A Generic Electronic Module (GEM), Instrument cluster, Securi-Lock.
7.5A Rear Integrated Control Panel, CD
7.5A EATC Memory, CD, Rear Integrated Control Panel, Memory Seat, Message Center. All these fuses are located in the fuse location inside vehicle.
10A Air Bag Moniter this fuse is with the high current fuses located under the hood.

Any one have any experience or ideas on what could be the problem

Thanks

Bud
