electrical problems - wipers

i am having a problem solving my windshield wiper problems. the interval delay function is not working and when you turn the wipers off they dont reset at the base of the windshield. they stop wherever they are in the sweep. high and regular spped work fine. any ideas?

Check the wiper relays ( and fuses)-mainly the wiper park relay--you might switch it with another to see if the "no work" symptom moves to another component.
