electronic problem.

I had a question, and maybe you guys can help me because i know some of you know alot about electronics wiring and what not. ok. so when i get out of my truck and open the door it beeps for like 30 seconds like i left my lights on. even after my door is shut.??

any ideas?

Mine does the same thing only rather than beeping the interior light stays on for 10-15 seconds then clicks off. Only with the passanger door though. With the drivers door it shuts off right away. Im going to look into the switch in the door, probably a bad connection or switch.

Im sure mine would too.... if the dome light worked
