Hi this is hopefully relatively simple & someone can point me in the right direction. 1997 explorer 4.0l sohc. Engine starts & runs fine from cold, into gear & everythings fine. Once car is warmed up and stationary in drive at lights etc idle fluctuates up and down & engine vibrates rythmically but pulls away again ok most of the time. Stop car and put into neutral idle fluctuates but not as much as if its in gear. Try to select a gear again and revs drop away and almost stalls especially if you select reverse. Have changed IAC valve, slight improvement but problem still there. Any ideas what to look at next?
