Engine Noise when I park the SUV

Sometime when I park the SUV, I hear some noise from engine, Drops of water from AC hits a very hot surface and evaporate. It's normal?

very possible since depending on your angle and such could allow this to happen.

The compressor and such peices can certainly develop condensation or in not optimal situations, frost.
