Yes and no. It will fit with some minor work, and your engine management can control the engine (you need a chip to adjust the parameters.) And, it will bolt up to your transmission.

Option 2 is to pull the engine, tranny, computer, wiring, etc. from the '05 and drop in your '94. Lots more work, but also doable.

Search for OHV to SOHC swap.

The OHV computer CAN control the SOHC motor....it's been done...

But the A4LD transmission in your `94 won't last very long behind the power of the SOHC
