Exhaust manifold removal question.

I looked everywhere here and couldn't find anything regarding this. I'm changing the exhaust manifold on the pass side of my 97 5.0. Explorer. My question is, do you have to remove anything other than the inner fender to get the old manifold out? As many of these that crack I'm surprised there isn't a removal thread. Unless I'm not finding it.

Well I got all the bolts out except the inside exhaust collector bolt. There's very little room there. Anyone that has done this before have any suggestions on how they got theirs out? I'm almost thinking it might be easier to cut it.
