exhaust upgrade

my 93 sport 5 speed is completely stock right now, and i am thinking about putting on brand new exhaust. with everything else completely stock, would a custom magnaflow exhaust system make it sound much better, or would it even be noticeable? my muffler shop said he could do the entire job for $275 without a tip, and at 150,000 miles do you guys think it would be a valuable purchase? thanks for any input

I would just buy the Flowmaster catback system, Summit has it for less than $200 shipped, have had in on both of my Sports, great kit. Intallation is less than 2 hours, just need to get it tacked at the welders later.
Unless you really want the Magnaflow, or dual exhaust.
