I have a 91 explorer 4.0 which has only one O2 sensor located after the crossover pipe. I want to run true duals so would the engine still run correctly if i run an H-pipe and put the sensor in it?
Thanks

Also I purchased some rear leafs that are arched for lift and would adding an add-a-leaf to them add more lift?

Will it still work, sure. But if you are are running straight pipes, you will only be reading 1 bank. Your BEST BET would be to install an X-pipe, with the O2 sensor installed in the 'X'.

Yeah, use an X pipe with the O2 sensor smack dab in the middle. The Add-A-Leaf will only lift it the thickness of the leaf itself.

Thanks.
I was thinking about either dual straights and an x-pipe or a single 3in inlet/dual 2.5in outlet flowmaster super 40 which of the two would sound better? I have a cam and headers right now.

Actually, If you put an add-a-leaf in your spring pack and the arch of the add-a-leaf is lower than your springs it will lower the truck.

The explorer has a Spring Under Axle (SUA) which means the thicker the pack the lower the truck.. If the add-a-leaf is arched enough to help lift the rest of the springs it would lift the truck.

Yea that makes alot of sense. I have three inch arched springs so it probably wouldnt work
