Expedition roof console

Searched the forums but didn't see anything related. I have been thinking about trying to work the long Expedition roof console into my 2000 explorer, any thoughts? My local u-pull-it only charges $11.99 for the console and I was gonna put in the explorer one but figured I might go big.
