Explorer door issues.

I have an '07 Eddie Bauer..... all the doors clunk when opening and closing.. I can't get into the cylinder on top of the hinges to lubricate them....
any one have any experience with this?

When you lift up the lower edge of the rearmost part of the door, is there any play in the hinge?

I have been unable to open the passenger door from the outside for 6 months now any help is super appreciated !

Thanks for the answer..... the hinges are nice and tight... no movement when lifted from aft most area.... the clunks come from the part that holds the door open...
