im about to purchase a 99 eddie bauer eddition explorer and the problem with it is it hesitates under accerlation, pops and has lose of power as if i wasnt givin it gas.... im about to buy this for 400$ so i do not know too much except for he said he changed wires and plugs and it helped momentarily but it still does it.. he got a new car and doesnt have time to fix it so hes tryin to offer it to me for really cheap... the battery died so i couldnt get any codes from it becuase the computer was reset... theres approx. 170,000 miles on it.. does anyone have any ideas? should i even waste my time buyin it? its only 400$ and everything else seems great except for the hesitation thats accompanied by a pop sometimes
