Explorer keeps stalling, DTC P0506????

Hey new to the forum guys! I have a buddy whose Explorer keeps on stalling. I think he needs a new throttle body. Does anybody have any info? I keep getting the DTC P0506 when I scan for codes. It is a 2004 Explorer with the 4.0 V6.
