need help truck keeps stalling

thanks for looking so i need some help my truck has been running fine its a 94 explorer the other day i went to start it up and it started but right away it started to shake then stalled out and then just wouldent start up again for about an hour then it was fine all day well it did it again yesterday same thing any suggestions on what to do thanks.

Pull codes, KOEO and KOER and CM.

Check fuel pressure when it doesn't want to start - prime the system and check pressure, and watch to make sure it still holds pressure for a while. You want at least 30psi but preferably closer to 40.

Check for spark.
